SHIPPING/DELIVERY
For customers within Lagos, all orders are dispatched and delivered within 24-48hours and in exceptional cases due to force majeure, more than 48hours. Orders for delivery outside Lagos takes 3-7working days for delivery (this does not include weekends).
ORDERS & RETURNS
Goods sold in good condition are not returnable. There is also no refund and no exchange. This is to ensure authenticity and safety of all items we sell.
If orders are rejected upon delivery due to damage, we will make efforts to get a replacement and where not possible a full refund is given.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
Prices are subject to change without prior notice to customers. It is also possible that the prices given at the time of populating your shopping cart differs as at the time of payment. This happens in cases when prices are reviewed between the time of filling you cart and making payment.
PAYMENT VALIDATES ORDER:
Only confirmed payments of orders are scheduled for delivery or pickup. In cases where an item is paid for on the website and the physical product is not available for delivery, the customer will be contacted and a full refund will be made.
AGE OF USERS
At Angelic Kiddies Mart, we include the specified age of child for toy usage. And in cases where younger children are using the toys, adult supervision is always advised.
